Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the appeal preferred by the petitioner under Section 66(2) of the Drug and Cosmetic Rules, 1945 is pending consideration before the respondent No. 2Controlling Authority, Food and Drug Administration, Raipur since 28.03.2018, that may be directed to be considered and decided expeditiously.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The prayer is fair and reasonable.

Be that as it may, the said authority is directed to consider and dispose

of the said appeal preferred by the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
