Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 14.05.2019

1. Counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for sometime, makes a limited prayer for a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation which the petitioner has made so far as his appointment to the post of Scientific Officer (Toxicology) arising from the advertisement dated 23.04.2014 is concerned at the earliest.

2. To that limited prayer, State counsel does not have any objection.

3. Given the said fact, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation which the petitioner

has made and which is pending consideration before respondent no.1 at the earliest, preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case so far as the entitlement of the petitioner is concerned and the authority is free to take a decision purely in accordance with the rules and regulations governing the field. Sd/- P. Sam Koshy Judge Khatai
