Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 09.11.2016 passed in WP No.904 of 2002, the petitioner preferred representation before the contemners, which has already been decided allowing some payment but rejecting others.

In para 7 of the order passed in the said writ petition, liberty has already been granted to the petitioner to move afresh before this Court, if he feels dissatisfied by rejection of any of his claim. 3.
