Learned Counsel for Respondents has today produced a document dated 16.11.2021 showing compliance of the Order passed by this Court to the extent that the claim for dependent employment of Petitioner has been duly processed and after completing all the formalities she is now being called for medical examination and subject to her medical fitness, joining letter would be issued.

So far as grant of death-cum-retiral dues are concerned, learned Counsel for Respondents submits that a substantial part of the same has already been paid. There appears to be some unpaid dues still there. 3.

Given the submissions by learned Counsel for Respondents, the present Contempt Petition as of now is disposed of. However, in case of any other unpaid claim is left to be settled and in case of any other grievance, the right of the Petitioner stands reserved to approach the Court by way of a fresh proceeding.

Given the fact that the Petitioner is being subjected to medical examination on a given date, it is expected that the Respondents shall take necessary steps in issuing further orders at the earliest. 5.
