Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has made an application before the respondent No. 3 - Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Katghora for grant of compensation and employment in lieu of his land but that has not been considered and decided till date and the revenue proceedings initiated is also pending consideration before the said authority. 2.

Be that as it may the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Katghora authority is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's said application and also to decide the pending revenue proceedings expeditiously.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the

merits of the matter.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
