1. From the OfÏce Reference this CRMP has been filed seeking rectification in the order dated 28.02.2020 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 268/2020 with regard to adjourning the matter for two weeks.

2. In the order dated 28.02.2020 passed in MCRC No. 268/2020 there appears to be oversight mistake relating to the adjournment of the matter.

3. I have gone through the record and perused the order dated 28.02.2020 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 268/2020, Thus, the error with regard to adjourning the matter is apparent on the face of the record which needs to be rectified.

4. Accordingly, it is ordered that in the order dated

28.02.2020 in question, adjourning the same be read as "list this case after two weeks" instead of dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file the same at an appropriate stage.

5. With the modification as aforesaid, ofÏce reference stands disposed of.
