Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though order of removal of encroachment has been passed by the Tahsildar, Khairagarh on 05.05.2010 but the said order has not been complied with against which the petitioner has made several representations before the respondent authorities but it has not been considered and decided till date. 2.
Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the revenue authorities for redressal of his grievance and to press his representation already made before the respondent authorities who, in turn, shall consider
and dispose of the said representation expeditiously. 3.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
