4. The trial Court has acquitted the accused of the charge under Section 376 of IPC.

5. Challenging the same judgment of acquittal, the victim had preferred ACQA No.305 of 2019 (Rajni Suryavanshi Vs. Satish Kumar Jhaleriya and another), which has been dismissed by the High Court vide order dated 8.7.2019.

6. In view of the above, no case for grant of leave is made out.

7. The CRMP is dismissed.
