The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners for an appropriate decision by the respondents No.2&3 on the representation
-2which the petitioners have made vide Annexure P/3 dated 03.06.2014 and the reminders made thereon to the said representation. The reason for a direction by this court has been sought for by the petitioners is that the respondents are in the process of finalization of a master plan and unless the representation is decided before finalization of the master plan, the interest of the petitioners may get adversely affected. 2.
Learned counsel appearing for the State does not oppose the prayer of the petitioners for an early decision on Annexure P/3 and reminders made thereon.

Accordingly, the respondents No.2&3 are directed to take a decision on the representation Annexure P/3 dated 03.06.2014 and reminders made thereon at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

It shall be the responsibility of the petitioners to apprise the respondents No.2&3 so far as the order passed by this court is concerned. 5.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
