The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order which was passed as early as on 28/03/2017 i.e. more than 14 months ago. 2.
Perusal of record would show that, the petitioner against the said order has not preferred any representation/objection before any of the higher authorities and have now straight away after about 14 months time filed the present Writ Petition.

Thus, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition on the said ground alone.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to file a representation/objection against the said order before the higher authorities in the department and on such representation being made, the authorities concerned shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order dealing with all the grievances which the petitioner would be raising in his representation/objection.
