Agrawal Order On Board 26/09/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners' would submit that the petitioners' mother has died on 08.05.2016 due to snake bite for which they have made representation before the respondent authorities as they are entitled for compensation due to natural calamity, but the same has not been considered and decided till now. (2) Be that as it may, the Collector, Baloda-Bazar is directed to consider and decide the petitioners' representation expeditiously after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.

(3) This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the respondent -Collector would be at liberty to decide the the petitioners' representation in accordance with law. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
