Learned counsel for the appellant would argue that when the case was taken up by the learned Single Judge, they did not get an opportunity to argue the matter, though they were represented though a counsel and return was also filed.
The ground on which the writ appeal has been filed is that even though they were represented in the case through a counsel, when the case was called on, they had no opportunity to contest the matter and the order was passed without hearing them.
The grounds which have been taken up in the appeal is that the order has been passed without affording an opportunity of hearing to the writ appellant though it had filed return in the case and that certain documents were also shared by the petitioner during the course of hearing which were also not supplied.
The nature of ground which has been taken in this appeal are such that the appellant should file a review before the learned Single Judge on what has been argued before this Court.
