"In place of Case No. 172 of 2016-17" as has been typed in order dated 26.04.2018, it be read as " 236 of 2016-2017".

Rest of the contents mentioned in the order shall remain intact. (3) The order dated 26.04.2018 stands modified accordingly and be read along with this order.

(4) Accordingly, the M.C.C. stands disposed of.
