1. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that only on the limited prayer the petition has been filed. He submits that the petitioners are working with the respondents since 2014, 2016 & 2017 and as per the memorandum of settlement on 30.08.2014, the petitioners are entitled for regularization and their names have been recommended for regularization by the concerned local branch. The petitioners pray that the case of the petitioners for regularization may be decided as per the representations so made.

Without any observation in the merit of the case, at this stage, as only limited prayer has been made, it is directed that the respondents No.1 & 2 shall decide the representation of the petitioners as early as possible within an outer limit of 6 months. It is made clear that this Court has not made any
observation on the merit about the right of the petitioners as only on the basis of the relief claimed, the order has been passed. 3.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed off. Sd/- Goutam Bhaduri Aks Judge
