This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.4/2016, registered at Police Station Trikunda, District Balrampur (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 354 (A) of I.P.C. and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file bail application after examination of the victim and one witness namely Anita Bharti.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

Accordingly, bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
