(2) The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for modification/correction in crime number passed in order dated 08.03.2016 in M.Cr.C. No.987/2016. (3) Learned counsel appearing for the parties jointly submit that in order dated 08.03.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No.987/2016, the Crime No.45/2016 has been wrongly mentioned in place of Crime No.47/2016 and, therefore, the same may be corrected. (4) It is directed that the Crime No.47/2016 be read in place of Crime No.45/2016 passed in order dated 08.03.2016 in M.Cr.C.

No.987/2016. Other contents of order dated 08.03.2016 shall remain intact.

(5) With the aforesaid clarification, the petition stands finally disposed of.

(6) Certified copy as per rules.
