1. The aforesaid MCRCs are being disposed of by this common order as they arise out of Crime No.136/2021 registered in Police Station: Chhuriya District Rajnandgaon for offence under Section 34 (2) of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act and Section 269 & 270 of the IPC.

2. The applicants were found in illicit possession of 345.600 bulk liters of country made liquor which they were smuggling from the State of Maharashtra into the State of Chhattisgarh.
3. Learned State Counsel opposing the bail applications would submit that applicant Gurmeet Singh @ Bablu has previous antecedents of committing similar nature of crime.
4. Considering the whopping quantity of illicit liquor recovered from the applicants, I am not inclined to release them on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the applications are rejected.
