(2) The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for modification/correction in crime number and section passed in order dated 08.03.2016 in M.Cr.C. No.777/2016.

(3) Learned counsel appearing for the parties jointly submit that in order dated 08.03.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No.777/2016, the Crime No.168/2015 has been wrongly mentioned in place of Crime No.138/2015 and in offence punishable under Section 03(01)(12) of the Prevention of Atrocities Act has been wrongly mentioned in place of Section 03(1)(10) of the Prevention of Atrocities Act and, therefore,

the same may be corrected.

(4) It is directed that the Crime No.138/2015 be read in place of Crime No.168/2015 and in Section 03(01(10) of Prevention of Atrocities Act be read in place of Section 03(01)(12) of Prevention of Atrocities Act passed in order dated 08.03.2016 in M.Cr.C. No.777/2016. Other contents of order dated 08.03.2016 shall remain intact.

(5) With the aforesaid clarification, the petition stands finally disposed of.
