1. The applicant has preferred this third bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.29/2020 registered in Police Station Jamul, District Durg C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 & 471, 34 of the I.P.C; Section 12(i)(b) of the Passport Act, 1967 and Section 14 of the Foreigners Act, 1946.

2. The first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn while

MCRC No. 4756 of 2021 the second bail application was dismissed for want of prosecution.

3. As per the prosecution case, applicant has allegedly married a Bangladeshi woman and actively assisted her in obtaining forged Aadhaar Card and Passport.

4. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail.
