1. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have already made a representation for equal work equal pay on 24.11.2015 (Annexure P-7) before respondents No.1 and 2, which may be directed to be considered and decided expeditiously.
2. Be that as it may, respondent No.1 is directed to consider
and decide the petitioners representation dated 24.11.2015 (Annexure P-7) within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by reasoned and speaking order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the matter.
3. With the aforesaid observation / direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed off. No order as to cost(s).
