Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has filed an appeal under Section 18 of the Chhattisgarh Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 before the respondent No. 3 - Collector, Koria that may be directed to be considered and decided expeditiously.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. 4.

Be that as it may, the Collector, Koria is directed to consider and

dispose of the petitioner's pending appeal expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
