Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 04/08/2020 This is second bail application. First bail application was rejected on 20/03/2020. Thereafter, the present applicant approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the Supreme Court also rejected his bail application on 18/06/2020. 2.
Now, this repeat application has been filed by the applicant seeking bail on the ground of delay in trial.

State counsel, on the other hand, would submit that as the application has been rejected by the Supreme Court, the applicant may renew his prayer before the Supreme Court.

Having considered the submission of learned counsel for the parties, irrespective of the merits of the repeat application, in view of the fact that against rejection of bail order by this Court, the applicant had approached the Supreme Court and there also, the application was rejected on 18/06/2020, without reserving liberty to revive application before this Court, present application is liable to be and is accordingly, dismissed as not maintainable.
