On an objection being raised by learned State counsel that alternate remedy is available to the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appeal under Rule 23 of the C.G. Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1966.

Prayer is allowed.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. If appeal is preferred by the petitioner, same may be decided within an outer limit of six months.
