1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has challenged the order of promotion of respondent No.4 w.e.f. dated 4.12.2004 on the post of Chief Clerk, whereas he has been granted promotion during the pendency of the writ petition in the year 2011. However, he is entitled for service benefits w.e.f. 4.12.2004 with arrears and same has not been given to him.
2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is allowed to make a representation to the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Sarguja for grant of seniority and other consequential benefits w.e.f. 4.12.2004 and that will be considered by respondent No.2/ Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Sarguja strictly in accordance with law after hearing all the affected parties within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
