1. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the order of termination (Annexure P-1) passed by the Steel Authority of India Limited, Bhilai Steel Plant, before the jurisdictional Central Administrative Tribunal.
