1. Heard.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was appointed as Patwari on 24.12.1996 and after completion of 10 years of service he was granted first karmonati scale of Rs. 5200-20,200 + grade pay 2400 (Anneuxre P-1) w.e.f 24.12.2006 and after completion of 20 years of service he was granted second karmonati scale of Rs. 5200-20,200 + grade pay 2800 (Anneuxre P-2) w.e.f. 24.12.2016. It is contended that the State government thereafter on 11.06.2019 has issued instruction whereby the petitioner would be entitled for pay scale of 9300-34,800 + grade pay 4200 but it has not been granted to the petitioner even though he is entitled to receive the same after completion of 20 years of service. He further submits that in the other district
the same is being granted to the likewise persons however in respect of Baster wherein the petitioner is posted the same is not been granted. Therefore, at this stage the petitioner prays that he may be given liberty to make a representation to the Collector, Jagdalpur so that the petitioner may get the entitled pay scale of Rs. 9300-34,800 + grade pay 4200.
3. Considering the limited prayer made at this stage, the petitioner is given the liberty to file a representation to the Respondent No. 2 within a period of 3 weeks from today. The representation so made shall be decided within a further period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the representation.
