This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 142/2013, registered at Police Station-Jashpur, District-Jashpur (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 376(2-4), 370 & 371 of the IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant and taking into consideration the fact that first bail application of the applicant has been rejected on merits, I do not find any new ground or change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application. Consequently, second bail application is rejected.
