Heard on application for restoration of WPC No. 1506 of 2018 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 18.04.2019.

On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, which is supported by an affidavit, order dated 18.04.2019. passed in WPC No. 1506 of 2018 is recalled. Consequently, WPC No. 1506 of 2018 is directed to be restored to its original number.

Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
