Agrawal Order On Board 01/11/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made representation before the respondent authorities to prepare his service-book since 01.04.1984 to 20.06.1990, but the same has not been considered and decided till now and, therefore, direction may be issued to decide the same expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, the respondent authorities are directed to

consider and decide the petitioner's representation to prepare his service book, strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
