1. This appeal is against the judgment passed by the learned Single Judge on a challenge levied to an order of transfer of the Appellant who is working in

the Water Resources Department.

2. Today, it is mentioned by the learned counsel for the Appellant that on 11.4.2017 a different order of transfer has been issued with No. F 0111/31/Est./2016. We record that submission and also record the fact that the Appellant has acted on that transfer order.
