1. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that there is some illegal construction taking place behind the shop nos. 13, 14, 22, 23, 31 and 32 of the New Cloth Market at Pandri, Raipur.
2. The contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that the respondent authorities had already initiated action for the illegal construction being carried out but there is no further development on the part of the respondents except for issuance of a notice.

The learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Respondent No. 2 and 3 submits that because of the lockdown situation prevailing on account of Corona pandemic appropriate action could not be taken by now. However he submits that, the respondents shall be taking appropriate action in-accordance-with law, at the earliest on the notice that the respondents have issued.
4. Given the said submission by the learned counsel for the Respondent No. 2 and 3, this Court is of the opinion that the writ petition itself can be disposed off directing the Respondent No. 2 and 3 to take an appropriate decision, at the earliest preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
