This is second bail application. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected on merits by this Court vide order dated 02.04.2019 passed in M.Cr.C. No.2155/2019.

Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the second bail application and direction may be issued to the trial Court to consider and dispose of case as soon as possible.

Permission is granted, as prayed for.

Accordingly, the second bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case expeditiously preferably within a period of 1 1⁄2 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
