1. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw bail application. However, he submits a direction be issued to learned Court below concerned to decide bail application for grant of regular bail on same day upon filing an application for regular bail after his surrender.
2. Learned State Counsel as well as learned counsel for the Objector submits that they are having no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant.
