Shri Marhas, learned counsel for respondents 2 and 3 submits that proceedings under the new Act have been initiated afresh and the needful would be done within three months.
In the light of above statement, for the time being, I do not intent to take any action in the present contempt petition
and the same is accordingly disposed of.
