(2) The petitioner has filed this application for correction/modification in order dated 24.01.2017 passed in WP(S) No.322/2017.

(3) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in order dated 24.01.2017, the name of petitioner's husband has wrongly mentioned as Mr. Surendra Kumar Shrivas whereas it is Mr. Rajendra

Kumar Shrivas and therefore, same may be corrected. (4) In view of above, it is directed that the name of petitioner's husband in place of Mr. Surendra Kumar Shrivas it be read as Mr. Rajendra Kumar Shrivas in order dated 24.01.2017 passed in WP(S) No.322/2017. Other contents of order dated 24.01.2017 shall remain intact.

(5) With the aforesaid clarification, the application stands finally disposed of.
