Durg for the offences punishable under Sections 394,397,307 & 450 of the Indian Penal Code. (2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, taking into consideration the nature & gravity of the offence, facts and circumstances of the case and the manner in which on 2.12.2015 applicant robbed complainant Meenakshi Singh and looted digital camera and cash of Rs. 400/-; and the other material available on record, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Thus, the bail application is rejected.
