At the outset, it is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that looking to the relief sought in the instant Cr.M.P. the matter may be disposed of without noticing to the Respondent as the prayer of the Petitioner is that the trial Court be directed to send a letter of request to the High Court of Chhattisgarh at Bilaspur for return of warrant of sentence annexed in the said M.J.C. as mentioned in the impugned order dated 5.1.2016. 2.
Considered the prayer and perused the instant Cr.M.P. and the impugned order dated 5.1.2016.

In view of above, the instant Cr.M.P. is heard and disposed of finally. The Court below is directed to send a letter of request to the Registry of this Court for return of sentence warrant (Saja warrant) available in the MJC send to the High Court as mentioned in the impugned order dated 5.1.2016
within a week from the receipt of a copy of this order, either produced by the Petitioner or otherwise.

The Petitioner may produce a copy of this order before the trial Court for compliance.

The Registrar (Judicial) is also directed to send a copy of this order to the concerned trial Court through usual and fax modes for compliance. 6.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
