Heard on application for modification of the order dated 04.05.2018 passed in Cr.A.No.579/2018.

On perusal of the original records of Criminal Appeal No.579/2018, it appears that subsequently a memo of appeal was filed wherein the conviction has been corrected to the extent that the appellant has been convicted u/s 324 read with section 34 of IPC and the Police Station has been shown as Durg Distt. Durg instead of Bhilai Bhatti. Accordingly, the order dated 04.05.2018 is modified to the extent as under:

"The appellant has been convicted u/s 324/34 of IPC and has been sentenced to undergo R.I., for six months and to pay a fine of Rs.1000/-, in default of payment of fine, to undergo additional R.I., for one month and in the cause title the Police Station be read as Durg, Distt. Durg." The rest of the order dated 04.05.2018 shall remain unchanged.
