1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.266/2020 registered in Police Station Surajpur, District Surajpur for offence under Section 354, 354 - [k, and 354- x of the IPC and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

2. Allegation constituting the offence under the aforesaid Sections is alleged against the applicant concerning his own daughter. Therefore, no case for grant of bail is made out. Accordingly, the application is rejected reserving liberty in favour of the applicant to revive his prayer after examination of the prosecutrix.
