(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is going to retire from his service on 24.09.2017 and he has been transferred from Nagar Panchayat, Gharghoda to Nagar Panchayat, Dharmjaigarh by the impugned transfer order dated 29.02.2016 (Annexure P/1) passed by respondent No.1Secretary, Department of Urban Administration and
Development, Raipur and therefore, he may be permitted to file representation before the State Government for redressal of his grievances.
(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(4) The petitioner is permitted to file representation before the State Government. If such representation is made by the petitioner within a week from today and, in turn, the State Government shall consider and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner along with copy of this order.
(5) Till then, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner with regard to subject matter.
(6) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
