At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant Cr.M.P. may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to inform the S.H.O. Police Station, Chakradhar Nagar, Raigarh (CG) for the fact regarding the said alleged offence. The State Bureau of Investigation of Economic Offences, Raipur (CG) is also making investigation as per law and the concerned Police may take note of this fact and if correct, proceed further. Also liberty may be granted to inform the said fact before the Court below on 18.3.2016 for the said fact for further action needed as per the provisions of law.

On due consideration, the instant Cr.M.P. is disposed of as withdrawn without any appreciation on its merits reserving the aforesaid liberty as prayed.

The petitioner may file copy of this order before the trial Court for information and further proceeding as per law. 7.

Registrar (Judicial) is also directed to transmit the copy of this order to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raigarh for information and further action, if needed as per law.
