The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No. 235/2015 registered in Police Station Kansabel, District: Jashpur for offence under Sections 302,392 and 323/34 IPC.

Applicants have allegedly committed murder of Paladius Ekka, aged about 61 years by mercilessly beating him with hands and fists for

considerable length of time. Case diary contains eyewitness account of witnesses namely Shweta, Ronisha, Albert Ekka, Sabina, Asantiana and Ajekiyal Ekka (complainant).

Considering the nature of evidence available on the case diary this Court is not inclined to release the applicants on bail. Accordingly, their bail applications are rejected.
