Petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the Collector (Woman and Child Development Branch), Surajpur removing it from the work of supply of ready to eat food material. 2.

In several other petitions of similar nature, this Court has relegated the petitioners to prefer representation before the

Principal Secretary, Woman and Child Development, Government of Chhattisgarh, Raipur, therefore, this petition is also disposed of with direction that in the event, the petitioner prefers representation before the said Principal Secretary within a period of two weeks from today, the said authority shall decide the petitioner's representation at the earliest, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of submission of representation.
