By way of this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 18.11.2016 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur in Case No.38/13 by which application of the petitioner for review of the order dated 23.2.2016 has been rejected by the Family Court.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the impugned order.

The Family Court has clearly recorded a finding that pursuant to the order dated 23.2.2016 no amount has been recovered from salary of the petitioner and has directed the petitioner to deposit balance amount,
in which I do not find any jurisdictional error. 4.
