1. Learned Counsel for the Applicants submits that he wants to withdraw the instant bail application. He further submits that most witnesses of the case were examined before the Court below and vide order dated

09.06.2020 of this Court passed in CRMP no. 749/2020, further six months granted to the Court below for concluding trial. But, till date the trial has not been concluded.

2. In view of the above, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh application if the trial is not concluded till January 2021.
