Mr. Shashank Thakur, Advocate for the respondents No.1 & 2. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 24.02.2021 passed in WPS No. 917/2021. Counsel for the respondents No.1 & 2 submits that the order has since been complied with. He produces an order dated 16.07.2021, wherein the claim of the petitioner could not be considered as of now for want of vacancies and as and when the vacancies arises the claim of the petitioner shall be considered.

Given the said decision taken by the respondents on 16.07.2021, this Court is of the opinion that the order of this Court stands complied with. However, in case if the petitioner is aggrieved of the order dated 16.07.2021, it shall be open for the petitioner to challenge the same afresh in a fresh proceeding.
