2. Director Office of Director, Town and Country Planning, Indravati Bhawan, Police Station and Post Rakhi, Atal Nagar District Raipur Chhattisgarh. ---Respondents For Petitioner :

For Respondents :
Shri Suyash Dhar, Panel Lawyer.
Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 08.07.2021 .
1. The petitioner seems to be aggrieved by the order dated 22.12.2020 whereby the representation of the petitioner seeking transfer to Bilaspur District where his spouse is working as a Medical Officer has been rejected.
2. Perusal of impugned order would show that rejection has been primarily on the ground of there being no vacant post available to accommodate the petitioner and secondly there being ban on transfer.
3. Given the said facts, the scope of judicial interference at this juncture becomes minimal. However, if circumstances change at a later stage i.e. subject to availability of vacancy and subject to any administrative exigency that arises, the respondents may consider the claim of the petitioner upon his making a fresh representation in the changed circumstances at a later stage.
4. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge inder
