(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been transferred from Government Primary School, Dugdugiy to Government Primary School Bend-Dalhagoda, Block Kansabel within one year from the date of earlier posting by the impugned transfer order dated 08.03.2016 passed by District Education Officer, Jashpur and therefore, she may be permitted to

make a representation before respondent No.2-Collector, Jashpur for redressal of her grievances within a week from today. (3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) The petitioner is permitted to make a representation before respondent No.2-Collector, Jashpur. If such representation is made by the petitioner before respondent No.2 within a week from today, the respondent No.2 shall consider and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner. (5) For a period of four weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner with regard to the subject matter. (6) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
