Kela, Advocate for the Respondent. Heard on I.A.No.1/2016, application for condonation of delay in filing the MCC.

On due consideration, the delay in filing the MCC is condoned. Consequently, the application is allowed. Also heard on application for restoration of MCC No.726 of 2016.

On due consideration and for the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration of the case, which is duly supported by an affidavit. In view of the same, the MCC No.726 of 2016 is restored to its original number.
