Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that application for maintenance under Section 19 of the Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act, 1956 (henceforth "Act, 1956") is pending consideration before the Family Court, Bemetara since 26.09.2014 and, therefore, the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. 2.

Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed. 3.

Be that as it may, the Family Court, Bemetara is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application under Section 19 of the Act, 1956 expeditiously preferably up to 31st May, 2018 in accordance with law as the same is pending consideration for more than

four years.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. 5.

Copy of this order be sent to the concerned Family Court for compliance and needful.
